GRACE LE, CFA

Ms. Grace Le is a senior executive in investment industry in Vietnam with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset and a passion to foster value creation for businesses in Vietnam. She has been instrumental in raising private equity funds and managed total asset value up to US$130mn in BVIM and US$200mn in Techcom Capital. She had led the team from sourcing deals to successful deal close and actively managing investee companies since 2005.
She has 23 years of working in banking and investment with deep understanding of Vietnamese corporations through her intensive experience in direct management at top corporations in Vietnam such as Techcombank and Redsun. She has also served as Board Members and led the restructuring of many companies in Vietnam.
Grace holds Master of International Finance from Amsterdam Business School, University of Amsterdam and is one of the first CFA Charter Holders in Vietnam.

He managed more than US$1bn assets with US$93mn gross revenue in First REIT and overseen across S$1bn portfolio consisting of 6 satellite cities, over 3500 house units, 510ha commercial & industrial land, and 260 ha of resort development in Sinar Mas Group.

Steven is a business development and market specialist with over 20 years of experience in the financial markets across Asia-Pacific.
He has worked in Standard & Poor’s and Refco and spent more than a decade expanding the footprints of Bloomberg in ASEAN markets and developing financial markets in fixed income and foreign exchange. He has helped start the Bond and Market Association in Vietnam and Myanmar, as well as kick-start trading communities in Indonesia and CLMV countries.
Stevean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney and licenses in Singapore Insurance and Capital Markets.

BRADLEY C. LALONDE

Bradley is a prominent figure in Vietnam’s investment landscape, known for his roles as the co-founder of IDG Capital Vietnam and a board member, as well as serving as Chairman and Co-founder of Vietnam Partners LLC. With a track record spanning over 12 years, he has facilitated investments exceeding US$150 million into more than 30 growth companies within Vietnam.
Prior to his venture capital endeavors, Bradley held the prestigious position of the first CEO of Citibank Vietnam, demonstrating his expertise in financial management and leadership. He brings a wealth of academic knowledge to his endeavors, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
