M&A Advisory: 

• Prepare and execute M&A advisory deals brought in by the Company’s Management. 
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and partners involved in M&A transactions. 

Wealth Management: 

• Prepare and manage investment products and portfolios for clients. 
• Provide guidance and support to investors on the company’s investment offerings. 
• Monitor and manage investments and companies within the portfolio to ensure optimal performance. 

Investment and Company Management: 

• Oversee the management of investments and companies in the portfolio. 
• Develop strategies to enhance the value of investments. 
• Manage the process of gathering necessary documents and information for investments. 

Business Consulting: 

• Assist the Management team in providing business consulting services. 
• Contribute to corporate management, corporate governance, and the development of business strategies and plans. 
• Gather and analyze necessary documents and information to support consulting services. 

1. Having sharp analytical skills, being able to work independently, being excellent in delivering results, and being an acquisitive learner 
2. Having worked in investment and M&A advisory areas with a minimum of 1 years of working experience. 
3. Strong academic background in Economics, Business, and Finance from foreign or prestigious domestic universities, passing CFA level 2 or 3 is a plus. 
4. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
