color: #000000;\">Prepare and execute M&amp;A advisory deals brought in by the Company\u2019s Management.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: montserrat; color: #000000;\">Develop and manage relationships with clients and partners involved in M&amp;A transactions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: montserrat-bold; color: #000000;\"><b>Wealth Management:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: montserrat; color: #000000;\">Prepare and manage investment products and portfolios for clients.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: montserrat; color: #000000;\">Having worked in investment and M&amp;A advisory areas with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: montserrat; color: #000000;\">Strong academic background in Economics, Business, and Finance from foreign or prestigious domestic universities, passing CFA level 2 or 3 is a plus.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: montserrat;
